How to add normal offers

In offer section you can add Normal Offers
You can add normal offers by subcategory,product and coupon.if you want to add normal offers base on coupon then you need to add coupon in coupon section then you can add this coupon in normal offers section
In Web Offers page,you can see all normal offers which are vaild
